About Izadora Guimarães
In 2022, an inappropriate hormone prescription changed my life. That experience led me to turn a personal story into a mission: to expand access to quality information about menopause, longevity, and women’s health.
Today, I work both nationally and internationally as a communicator, speaker, and content creator. I am a member of the International Menopause Society (IMS), one of the world’s leading authorities on menopause, and of the Brazilian Menopause Society (SOBRAC), connecting women, experts, and knowledge between Brazil and the rest of the world.
