About

Izadora Guimarães

The menopause was a turning point in my life, not only because of the hormonal transition, but also because of the medical misinformation surrounding it.

After facing the serious consequences of an inappropriate prescription, I went through a period of physical, emotional and professional breakdown. Instead of silencing, I chose to understand. I immersed myself in evidence-based women's health, questioned outdated protocols and rebuilt my relationship with my own body and with information.

Today, I work at the intersection of strategy, influence and the 40+ female universe. My trajectory combines more than 30 years of professional practice in women's bodies and health with the construction of a communication, education and positioning ecosystem aimed at women after 40.

I am the creator and host of Menopause: Pleased to Meet You and I develop projects that connect experts, the market and real women in responsible conversations about health, identity, performance and transformation.

As well as working in the media, I give corporate and institutional talks, addressing female maturity from a market perspective, productive longevity and cultural impact.

I believe that women 40+ are a strategic, social and economic force. My job is to amplify this narrative with clarity, responsibility and consistent positioning.
