I bring to the stage a strategic reading of contemporary women's reality, combining experience, technical background and market understanding.
In my presentations, I explore the transformations of the female body, career and identity throughout life, connecting health, performance, culture and professional longevity.
The content can be presented in different formats, adapted to the context of companies, institutional events and meetings aimed at women.
This talk is based on my own story.
After experiencing the consequences of an inappropriate hormone prescription during menopause, I turned a deeply personal experience into a mission: to expand access to quality information for women who often go through this phase without guidance, support, or answers.
Throughout the talk, I share my personal journey and lead the audience in a candid conversation about the challenges of perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause, covering topics such as hormone replacement therapy, intimate health, sexuality, self-esteem, relationships, healthy aging, and the importance of evidence-based decisions.
More than just a talk about symptoms, this is a lecture on autonomy. It’s an invitation for every woman to better understand her own body, make more informed choices, and navigate this phase with greater knowledge, confidence, and quality of life.
Ideal for: conferences, women’s events, health gatherings, institutions, associations, universities, and organizations that wish to promote education and awareness about women’s health for women aged 40 and older.
Format:
Duration: 45 to 60 minutes
Mode: In person or online
Suitable for: Conferences, Institutional Events and Leadership Meetings
Possibility of adaptation: Content adjustable to the company's segment and the event's objectives
Every transformation begins with a story. In this talk, I share my experience with menopause and explain how a personal experience revealed a challenge that affects millions of women in the workplace as well.
Based on this journey, I reflect on the effects of perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause on careers, productivity, leadership, mental health, and professional relationships. Rather than simply discussing symptoms, this talk proposes a new way of understanding this stage of life, combating stigmas and replacing judgments with knowledge.
Drawing on scientific evidence and the latest discussions on women’s health, diversity, inclusion, and workplace well-being, I present strategies to help companies, managers, and teams better prepare to welcome an increasingly diverse and long-lived workforce.
In a context where mental health and psychological well-being are gaining prominence in organizational strategies, understanding menopause is no longer just a health issue but has become a matter of people management, talent retention, and organizational culture.
Ideal for: companies, leadership programs, corporate events, HR, DE&I, occupational health, conferences, and organizations that wish to foster more informed, inclusive environments that are attuned to the realities of women aged 40 and older.
Format:
Duration: 60 to 90 minutes
Mode: In person or online
