I bring to the stage a strategic reading of contemporary women's reality, combining experience, technical background and market understanding.
My lectures address the transformations of the body and the trajectory of women throughout their lives, connecting health, performance, identity and culture with responsibility and depth.
The content can be adapted to corporate or institutional environments or events aimed at women.
Women go through different biological phases throughout their lives, and these transitions impact energy, sleep, focus, performance and decision-making. Yet this scenario is rarely considered in organizational structures.
In this talk, I'll take a strategic and well-founded approach to how hormonal changes, motherhood, invisible overload and ageism interfere with female performance and the work environment. Not as a justification, but as a concrete reality that needs to be understood.
The proposal is to broaden companies' view of a factor that is often ignored, transforming information into organizational intelligence. When corporate culture recognizes this reality, we gain in talent retention, productivity, professional longevity and a healthy environment.
A necessary conversation for leaders, HR and teams who want to align performance, health and strategy with institutional maturity.
Format:
Duration: 60 to 90 minutes
Mode: In person or online
Public: Leadership, HR, corporate teams and institutional events
Possibility of adaptation: Content adjustable to the company's segment and the event's objectives
Being a woman means going through physical, emotional and social changes throughout your life, often in silence. Hormonal changes, invisible overload, aesthetic demands, motherhood, maturity and ageing impact not only on the body, but also on identity, self-esteem and positioning in the world.
In this talk, I give a clear and responsible account of these transformations, bringing evidence-based information, real-life experience and an in-depth reading of the contemporary female scenario.
The aim is not to romanticize challenges, but to raise awareness. When women understand what is happening in their bodies and in their lives, they gain a voice, autonomy and the strength to reposition themselves - in life, in relationships and in themselves.
Format:
Duration: 60 to 90 minutes
Mode: In person or online
Suitable for: Women's events, institutional meetings and special actions
Possibility of adaptation: Content adjustable to the audience profile and event proposal
Female maturity is already a social and economic reality. The way it is understood within companies, institutions and social spaces defines the level of preparation, awareness and positioning of each organization.
My talks are structured with depth, informational responsibility and strategic adaptation to the audience's profile.
